I have owned 2, sold one because of recall, bought another one. They are pretty acurate at 10-15 feet, past that, its hard to get a good grouping. i paid 289$ for each of mine. My first one was picky on ammo, wouldnt feed any non ball ammo. Have yet to shoot my new one, cant find any damn .380 ammo for sale.

great gun for concealing. The new finger lip extender on the mags makes them easier to hold on to. anyway, enjoy it, the new lcp is much better looking and feeling than the kel tecs. These are true pocket size guns.

here is a pic of the old ones before the recalls, when they had stainless barrels and no clip extenders.

    heres a new one

No offence but a .380 is nothing more than a good belly gun really. I'd rather have a hand gun that will drop someone before they get that close. Like a .45 or .44mag, or even a nice 357 mag. >380 can kill as any gun can but their not known for much stopping power.

my main carry gun is a .45 but i wanted a back up and also one that wont be as hard to conceal at certain times like when im wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt
and my .45 is the smallest .45 ive found but it is still bulky enough that i couldnt really carry 2 comfortably

yes its all about the shot placement.
A .380 is the pretty much the same bullet as a 9mm, just a shorter version. A good hollow point self defense .380 round will do just fine if put in the right part of the body.

Yes, I always prefer a larger caliber, but a .380 will do in a pinch, especially at close range. I love my Ruger LCP

oh yeah, i always think its funny when people mention knock down power
yes the military had problems because they were in a war where people were fighting for their lives and country which gives them a little more incentive to keep going

but i would like to see some average crackhead theif take one or two and keep coming

Just fired mine yesterday for the first time. Nice gun. Great for CC gun as small as it is. Ammo is not cheap, if you can find it. Paid $70 for 100 rounds two weeks ago, and was lucky to find any......
