New College 'taunting" rule

This says if you taught on the 10 yard line score a TD .. Not only does the TD get erased but it goes back 15 yards .. What you guys think about that ??

i like the taunting rule,but the "excessive celebration" rule is b.s. the lsu-georgia game of last year comes to mind when the refs flagged georgia for excessive celebration which led to a short kickoff and a lsu victory,then a few days later the officials came out and said that the penalty shouldn't have been called.

I see it the other way. You don't want a team to taught then keep their ass out of the endzone. If you would've put a shoulder to the guy at the 11 and blasted him he wouldn't be taughting at the 10. Same goes for excessive celebration (taughting after the TD).....you don't want them to do it then keep them out of the endzone.
