Here’s all the pictures I have right now.

Also, I mostly do Compound exercises like Bench Press, Military Press, etc…

But I also do just a few Isolation exercises like Curls, Lateral Raises, and Chest Flys.

I workout very old school, and I never use any machines.

I use only free weights.

bodybuilding is cool. i just still find it funny he thinks reg park was all natural lol he pioneered d-bol. i bet he thinks muscletech makes good supplements too lol He also really needs to discover heavy isolation exercises
