need to vent
my wife is the devil!!! aaaaaaaaah!!! she's been cleaning out the house that her parents are going to move back into, and wanted to mow the grass this morning because her cousin that normally does it is a lazy sumbitch and won't show up. well, i tell her i'll try and get our push mower into the car this morning and take it over there. (the office i work at is above garage at said house.) anyway, i have to be at work at 8:30am or my boss/father in law flips his shit (he's tyrannical anyway). well, i try to get the mower in the car and it ain't happening. not in the back seat anyway and the trunk is full of crap and i didn't have time to clean it out and make it to work on time. so instead of running back upstairs to tell her i couldn't get it, i sent her a couple of text messages. well as i was driving to work, i realized i hadn't heard back so i called and it went straight to voicemail. ok, i know her phone died last night and figured she had it on the charger and would get my messages when she got her phone turned back on. 15 minutes after i get to the office here, she comes driving up and asks me where the mower is. geez woman why didn't you charge your phone! we got rid of our house phone to save money and you know that your cell is the only way for me to get a hold of you! grrrrr.... anyway, she's all pissed now b/c she can't mow the grass and woke up earlier than she wanted, even though she's going to have to be here all day anyway cleaning. she's also mad b/c i stopped at bojangles to grab some breakfast (which took all of 2 minutes) and said i didn't have time to run back into the house to tell her i couldn't get the mower in the car. i think she's about to go on the rag in the next couple of days, so i know it's mainly just the hormones raging anyway. happens every month, but damn am i tired of that shit...
long story short:
i couldn't get mower in car and didn't verbally let her know at home.
wife wanted to mow grass.
she's mad at me.
thanks for letting me vent.

he's usually all over it seeing as he doesn't have a job and has a month old baby at home. he gets $80 for this one yard. he's just a pothead and never answers his phone. he could knock this yard out in 10 minutes. all my wife wants mowed is whats right around the house so she doesn't get bit by snakes or stung by bees.

And just imagine what life would be like if the wives of today were old fashioned and wielded rolling pins or fryin pans.

When you say old fasioned I think of the days when the wifes would just shut their moths and do as their husbands told them.no complaints, food would be on the table when you got home, they tended to the kids while you bathed, read the paper and smoked a pipe. I get dinner when I get home but thats where it ends, there is no cast iron pans or rolling pins in this house for a dang good reason, and our son is easy to tend to, he just likes to play in his room alone.
