Need serious advice....
Is there any way possible to psychologically suppress a bad childhood memory?
Something I did when I was 6 or 7 years old which I am not proud of. Every time I remember it, it really fucks up my mood. I would do pretty much anything to forget that memory.
Is there anything psychologically that can be done? anyone has any info on it? I tried to research, but no luck.

Yes, you can complete that so that you can be done with it. You'll never forget it, but you can complete it. PM me.

telling it, and getting it out there is the first step. then just deal with it, that is why they call it life.

I have the same problem, something I did when I was little, every time I think of it, it gets so uncomfortable in my mind I verbal reflex uncontrollabley and say like the first thing that pops in to my mind. People think I am mental when I do it. Sitting with friends in car, blurt out, "That tree was tall!" Or some disjointed thing like that out of the blue.

If you really feel that bad about it go see a therapist. At least there you can talk it out and talking about it would probably make you feel better. Keep in mind though that we all do some stupid crap when we're young. That's part of being young. I did some really stupid stuff as a kid as I'm sure just about everyone here did. I've done a few things that I'll go to my grave with.....no one will ever know. It's just part of being young and stupid.
