Need lunch ideas

I am tired of the same old crap and can't think of anything good to make/bring to work for lunch.

Nothing that needs a microwave
Nothing that needs a fridge

yeah fruit definately gets boring . . . i like many can type of canned meat . . . try various tuna, canned chicken, herring, sardines. nuts like sunflower seeds, pistachios, cashews always curb my hunger really well. you tryin to stay sorda healthy?

seriously though, it's tough to meet those criteria and not be junk food. Tuna in a can comes to mind or something along those lines.

make a bologna & cheese sandwich / mustard (your choice) wrap it in tin-foil,
put it on the dash of your vehicle let sit till lunch, bring a soda from inside work if you dont work inside have small cooler, if nothing else

Make a few sandwhichs that are different. I usually eat a peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat as a snack and something like a BBQ chicken breast sandwhich on wheat for my main lunch.

Then there's the sides like wheat thins (a lot of diff flavors), sun chips or cheez its. Any kind of fruit that doesn't need to be cold is good...I usually have a banana. For a drink I just have water or those crystal light travel pouches for the 16.9 oz bottles...love'em. White grape is the shizzznit

Or just go to subway and get a $5 foot long...
