    the 95-99 2.0 turbos were slightly faster than the 00 + v6 eclipes and the 2.0 turbos are MUUUUUUUUUUCH more modable .better looking in my opinion and a more fun car

    the 2.0 turbo GS-T was 2900 lbs and 210 hp stock......the V6 00+ gts were 3300lbs and 205 hp stock .....getting to 250hp or so is easily attainable with the 2.0 T .....mitsubishi made a big mistake with the redesign and doing away with that engine

    check this one out..find somthing like this

    RS= POS
    GS=base model all motor still FWD
    GST=FWD and turbo
    GSX=AWD and turbo
    and you can get any of them in a spyder which means its a convertible.

    dont listen to any of these people... jk lol
    but seriosuly i used to have a dsm see my avatar..
    if you want a car to fuck around with get a 90-92 gst. gst are much better than the awd gsx because the awds break axles, xfer cases, and rear ends like no other... dont get a 92.5 model year or beyond because all those come with the 7 bolt motor that tends to crankwalk... or get a 2nd gen (95-99 i think) with a 6bolt motor already in it... dont even consider the the ones that came after the 2nd gens... turds
    the gst is moddable like hell and a beats on the highway, but not great from digs... the gsx is great at the highway and digs but itll break aprroximnately once every 3 launches lol
