Name an Apartment Complex
I have the chance to influence the name of an apartment complex. I listed it for sale and it is about to close. The new owners want me to manage it. They want to remodel them and bring them to a better standard. They also think it would be a good idea to rename them to help get away from the reputation they have now. They are currently named The Malibu Apartments. My first thought was The Impala Apartments. You know because Impala is a step above Malibu.
Don't think they will go for that. Anyone have any good ideas?

Just nothing with "Heights" or "Estates" in the name. Every one I've seen has turned into a ghetto.

If you want to stick with a car like name call it the Cadillac Apartments or you could go with Paramount Apartments or something like that since both those names imply high standards.

I agree with the no "Heights". It is on Washington Street so I thought a about "Washington Heights". But that sounded ghetto to me.
Paramount might would work.
I've also thought an Infinity.

If a nice neighborhood, and a complete remodel will go forth, then maybe you could use Villa instead of Apartments? The Washington Villas or what have you. You mentioned that the owner wanted to get away from the reputation they have now. Villas always sounds better than apartments Originally Posted by blackcar
