Nano Vapor is awesome, but superpump should be called superdump because 5 minutes into a workout you are about to shit your pants. Currently using the GNC Amplified and it has not impressed me. Switching to Beverly's next

it is good. one of the best. the problem with going

after superpump was on an old formula, i think there was too much magnesium in it if i remember right. I just did 2 tubs of grape superpump with no gas problems at all. My guess is infantry hasnt used superpump in a few years.

It was about two years ago and I haven't touched it since i finished that tub. I found Nano Vapor too be much better

i'm takin n.o. explode. so far its the best that i've found... besides methyl 1 alpha which got taken off the shelf like a month after it was introduced. Methyl 1 was some goooood shit

It has a lot of calories and just doesn't compare to the other proteins you can buy. Compare the label sometime to any other brand. It might taste better but that is the only advantage it has. I do use the pre made shakes you can buy at the grocery store to take with me in the morning if I don't eat but I don't use MuscleMilk for pre or post workout shakes

yea i was waiting for that comment. Its high mostly due to mct oil that is in it. So it has higher calories so what, does your diet allow for it? Now i wouldnt use it as the sole protein powder source due to the protein/carb/fat ratio, much harder to make up the extra needed protein for the day while keeping total calories at bay but if your diet can fit it, it wont matter..

yea i don't know about that one but i doubt its any better then most of the name brands. Where did you hear that its the best? Most guys on the boards go with places like www.trueprotein.com and make their own batches depending on what you personally want in the protein and the price is good. Lots of others go with optimum(my personal choice but i do try others as you can see from my pic), all the whey is a big one too.
