its very different, I've got to get used to it. It doesn't really match anything else on the front of the car. Thats my only problem. I bet it matches the SSs on your wheels though, right?

thats what I wanted was different...yes matches ss on wheels and badges....
derrinx got me thinking about outlining the scoop with pin stripes...i saw a pic somewhere of a car and it looked good
I wanted the manta but was to much $$$ for me ....my scoop insert was only $16

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
This is strictly my opinion, which is worth less than a penny, but its sticks out too much because it doesn't flow with anything else. It doesn't look bad, red and black are good colors to work with one another, it just doesn't currently flow. I would almost suggest doing your calipers in red now to help it blend and not stand out so much. Again, just my <.01 though

I like it less the red highlights. The red draws too much unneeded attention. Let the scoop speak for itself in a more subtle way!

i like getting different ideas ! you are not good ls1 friends if u just say o it looks good if u dont think that....it does stick out and thats what I wanted, maybe the pin stripes would make it look full, i am painting my calipers red if i can find some brush on paint. I dont want my car to look to busy just a few add ons to enhance the looks and be different than other ss camaro's i have seen in my area
I might change my front and rear camaro letters to red that would match all the way around
