My Divorce Hearing

Today my court date was scheduled to divorce the crazy bitch. Since I am 1800 miles away I needed her to show up since I was not able to, one of us had to be there to testify. I am sure she is on coke and a complete alcoholic so I was worried she would not show up. Last night at about 1030 I get a call from a girl I know saying my wife was at the bar. I have no clue why she called to tell me this but it made me even more worried my wife wouldn't show up.

This morning my lawyer calls me wanting to know if I have talked to her or know how to get ahold of her because she is not there. I do a search for her parents online and find their number. My lawyer then calls there trying to locate her. Later I get a call that he cant find her and that she never showed up. I have no clue where she is and haven't talked to her in a long time. At this point I am thinking to myself that I am screwed and this is going to cost me even more money.

Luckily my lawyer was able to convince the judge to let me call into the court and testify over the phone. I called the judges office and after 8 minutes of questioning me on speaker phone the judge signed the decree. I am now rid of the evil bitch

She got nothing, all it cost me was $2500 in legal fees

Luck was with you. You lost nothing and paid very little for your trouble. Divorces usually cost way more. Now maybe she will piss off the wrong guy and...
