My cousin died

We were close as kids but I havent been in touch with him over 30 years other than the one off family thing ever so often.....so this isnt a post about being down or anything....he was 51 years old....425lbs. Washing his car and dropped dead of a massive heart attack....Super wife and great kids...all normal size good looking folks...he just could not stay away from fast food and ate all the damn time....folks talk about smoking and stuff....bullshit....
Living around the fatest city in the country ( San Antonio) I see more damn fat asses than one could imagine existed....bottom line....We as a society have really become a bunch of lard asses....nip it in the ass now...as young folks....I aint talking looking like a body builder...I'm saying eat smart...get some exercise ....fat will kill your ass very young...quicker than smoking two packs a day IMHO.

i was 308lbs at my heaviest. im 6'1


ive lost all of it in about 2 months. stopped drinking cokes, drink diet cokes or juices. dont finish all the food on my plate, and eat 3 times a day, nothing in between but gatorade and water.

Sorry for your loss Sarge. My condolences to you and your family.

Fast food is very bad. I'm terrible and eat it alot, I've been fortunate not to be overweight but heart disease is a whole different story. My father died from heart disease at age 59. I need to change my eating habits too.

Diet cokes are worse than regular cokes guys. Do some research. Stop drinking that shit all together. Water, 100% natural juice, beer (Of course) and organic Milk is the way to go. and all that frozen food, weight watchers or not is bullshit!

Sorry to hear man, at my heaviest i was 06'02" and 350lbs, nothing BUT FAT i kid you not, i got sick and tired of getting made fun of in school. So i did something about it.

still losing weight, but i'm 06'02" 238lbs. and getting pritty solid.
I've got a diet that acctually works! WHOOT!

i'm 6 foot weighing ~180, i got a bit of a gut i'm trying to work off here in college, many say it cannot be done because of all the partying but i walk a lot each day and i'm eating less and drinking less soda, so we'll see how it goes

Sorry to hear that Sarge. I'm up there myself. 6'1 and 250lbs. I feel I could stand to lose 20lbs. I will lose a few of them come hunting season from walking the hills. I didn't help my cause any this summer by taking up bbq'n as a new hobby.
