i drove into sonic today, and this little kid said ?your car looks like a race car.? i couldnt help but smile. i also enjoy the thumbs up and looks i get in my bird. just thought id share...

I love it when little kids ride by on bikes when I'm out working on my car or something and they are like

"WHOA NICE CAR DUDE!"

Or something like that.

BAD! NO!

today was the first 80° day and a perfect 70° night. so i washed the phoenix and took it out...man...sooo many people complimented from afar. Had an older guy stop and stare...a dude with his family in an suv at the red light next to me were staring and i could here them talking about "nice car" and the little kid in the back was like "that car is blue and black" [they call it like they see it i guess

] and when i pulled in the drive tongit, some kid walkin past was like "man! .... that's a sweet car"

I love kids. I can be so critical about my car and the slightest sound, slightest imperfection in the paint, or some jackass who isn't considerate enough to not open their door against my fender.

My next door neighbors little girl tells me how my car sounds like a racecar, and I had some other little 9yr old say that's an f'n badass car. At moments like those I know that all my critiquing and work spent on my T/A pays off and I'm on cloud nine.
