Mushrooms in my basement, dangerous?
The sheetrock in the corner of the basement is soaked, guess we had a leak during the rain storm. problem is, i noticed these growing behind the shelf:

Do a little research on "mold" and basements and you will gain some perspective on this problem...

mold in a house is a health hazard. ive heard of people getting real sick because of mold. definately do a search. someone in your city department should have (dont know what its called) some kind of device to check a house for mold spores and whatnot.
on a side note, mushrooms with a purplelish or blueish ring (cant remember the color - i used to help my older cousins pick them) around the stem will mess you up, so i hear.

You definitely DONT want wet sheetrock. Black mould forms on this and its toxic.
