    muscle milk

    anyone ever try this stuff? i just got some and was wondering if anyone has experience with it?

    muscle milk is garbage as it'll make you fat. Its popular and it sells well cause it tastes pretty good, reason behind this is that they put tons of sugar in it. Which is why it'll make you fat. If you want good protein powder I recommend syntha 6 or optimum nutritions 100 percent whey.

    any kind of whey protein is fine, i use EAS myoplex, 24 g of protein, i buy a 6 lb. bag which lasts me about a month for 22 bucks at BJ's.

    yea i think it does have too much sugar. i'm hypoglycemic and it kinda made me jittery. i'll finish it off and maybe try something different next time.

    whey Protein is the way to go along with multi vitamins, I believe its cellmass by the makers of N.O xplode is very good as long as you dont stop working out.
    But dont expect any gains with any of those if you dont bust your a$$ at the gym

    i mainly do resistance workouts right now at home because i dont have any other workout equipment and dont really wanna goto the gym. i just want something that'll lock in the muscle im building and help keep it lean and toned at the moment. dont wanna bulk up too much, maybe just a lil bit.

    in 2 and 1/2 years of workout I have only used protein and N.Oxplode for about 6 months
    weigh 170 with a bench of 325. I dont look huge at all its just how hard you workout

    its jus a protein supplement, theres nothing about it that is gonna make you "add mass" more then anyother whey protein supplement. If your calories aren't high enough and you dont take in enough protein from food, it doesnt matter what you take. Muscle Milk is loaded with sugar. I don't subscribe to the whole bulking/cutting mantra either. I believe that you can put on lean mass and stay nice and lean but get bigger at the same time. Theres no sense on gettin fat if you wanna stay lean.

    cellmass is good stuff, uses creatine ethyl ester. 2 good creatines are cellmass and a product called size-on. That product uses the best form of creatine called creatine gluconate.

    NO xplode and cell mass are made by BSN, NO xplode is a pre-workout supplement used to get you focused for your workout and cell mass is post workout to help your muscles recover, cell mass is ehyl ester creatine as posted above, great stuff

    agreed, and the noxplode helps ya get a really good pump too. i get amped and jus center in on working out hard using it. same goes for a product called superpump250.

    i had bad effects when i took NO xplode, i felt almost as if i had a high sugar rush and then crashed in the middle of my workout

    dont forget to eat before you take it. they say not too, but people have found its better to eat. also make sure you take the amount your body can handle. you might need to jus up your dosage.

    no calm down there your being silly.
    1 do not eat before NOxplode
    2 it takes about 4 days for you to really feel its effect
    3 if its your first time definitely don't take more than a scoop.
