    i know that they are classified differently, but what makes them so different? rwd, 2 door, unibody design...so many similarities, i can only imagine they were all called "american muscle"

    When I think of muscle cars, its a good old big block and I'd probably lump the newer plastic cars into the pony car category.

    when you think about it, what is considered today's muscle cars???

    really, nothing but the GTO...so you'd have to lump the ls f-bods and the New mustang together...oh wait, should we include the Charger?

    I don't think the GTO really is even a muscle car anymore. It's to refined to be one now.
