    Question Muscle car decision

    Had got in a slight fender bender in my gt earlier this year and was just thinking about selling it as is for an WS6, however I always wanted a 86-87 Grand National, and I been seeing some nice ones go for 5-8k, I was thinking maybe keeping the GT getting a gn and SLOWLY building both of them up. Maybe the PI swap and 4.10 + boltons on the gt and maybe bigger injectors 2800 stall and te-44 turbo on the gn. If I sold the gt now I can't see getting much more than 5k because of it needing slight body work and paint I see from the prices a nice WS6 is going to cost me 12k+ and I would still have to add stuff I want like indash tv, wheels, tint, sound system, pager alarm etc, which I already have on my gt. So I ask guys what would you rather have gt and gn or ws6?

    u will try and try to get the gt fast. if its cruser wont matter. i luv the gn's. wish they still had something out with that kind of balls. id leave the gt alone, and get teh gn also. put all into gn. cuz a blown gt is like a bolt on ls1. my .02

    Tell you murder.I not that all about athe N body style, and as most people know im not that big on just 1/4 mile times. So really it is down to a WS6 or the gt. And say what you will about a mustang GT, considering i dont know what you have in it, A WS6 is going to be faster..SO of the 3,. I say a WS6. Side note you might want to look for a Cobra of those years...just my .02

    As a former GN owner.....buy a GN. Everytime i went out in mine people noticed it. I'm really really toying with selling the vette to buy a T-type right now. Remember i'm also an LS1 owner here telling you to skip the T/A and get the GN.

    Thanks for the advice, it means something coming from a ls1 owner, telling someone to skip a ls1 for gn, it must mean the gn is pretty bad ass

    i used to own an ls1 as well.. future plan for a gn... id get the gn over the fbod any day.

    Yeah your right that was the plan I only was going to do light bolt on things to the gt as a daily driver cruiser and get it painted, I was going to pour most of my money in the gn to make it fast as hell
