For the oscillation to have any effect the base would have to be stable at a set point, unmoving. And at the other end of the entire contraption is where your dick connects to you body. A line connected at both ends and stable on the X and Z Axises cannot move, except for within itself, such as the cylinder of a shock absorber, or the penis of a fleshlight, so I'm not sure what possible effect your trying to point out concerning the movement of oscillation.

Unless you're imagining the body flying around for some reason, or that the [Delta(angle of dick relative to body)] has an effect on pleasure. Which is the point of the entire thing.
