Just read the MT link. They said GM would probably number the cars, and "price them correctly to make sure they make a profit on them." That to me says the cars would be probably over $50k. A four seat Corvette. Still would be badass!

If GM ever does build that car, it will be completely out of reach to the average enthusiast. Dealers will mark it way up, some rich guy will by it, put it away for a few years and sell it at the Barret Jackson auto auction for a ridiculous amount of money.

Sad.

Well, back in the 60's, the Z28 was the top of the line. For some reason GM made the SS top dog with the 4th Gens.

Correct. They are goin back to the first gen when there was the V6. RS. RS/SS and the Z28 as the top dog. Wheres the big blocks tho??

I dunno, if you go back to say a '79 Camaro Z28, they had that funky looking hood....

The only thing that made those car's special was the paint job and embroided seats. Everything else was the same as a regular Camaro. The car in question would be much more valuable for several different reasons.
