my sis is getting droid X also. I have a droid but am thinking of getting the X also. Moto hinted at a 2Ghz dual core by the end of the year.... i may very well go on a baby punching tangent of joy if that comes true.

just got my droid a few months ago. ugrading to this when it comes out. I usually upgrade a couple times a year.

I just got the iphone 4 yesterday. Smartphones have come a very long way in the last few years.

Still loving my Droid. The X is hot, but no physical keyboard is a huge blow for me. I just signed my new contract last Nov so it'll be a looooong time b4 I can upgrade. I'm anxious too see what's out by then.....

I got droid incredible recently. Have no plans to ever get motorola's version. Motorola is just shit imo. Their customer support basically said sorry then fucked me in the ass. Never dealing with them again.

One main reason I went with the Droid was the Physical Keyboard. But the screen is just large enough that I rarely use it. With the size of the screen on the DroidX, I will never need the physical. I really like how thin it is.

I can upgrade in July so will get it on the 15th.

Looks great. Probably wont upgrade for awhile. I have no complaints with my Droid currently, but that phone looks very nice.

I am finally comfortable with my Motorola Droid -- have had it for just about 2 months now. I keep my phones for 2-3 years at a stretch, so unless I break this one I will not be upgrading.

anyone that has an upgrade date in 2010 is eligible to upgrade to the droid X on launch day.... Verizon took ATT's lead on that one to try and take some wind out of the sails of the iPhone 4. So if your upgrade date is Dec 31, 2010 congrats, you can pick up a Droid X on launch day at upgrade price.

i'm sitting on my upgrade eligibility right now. was able to go mid june. i really want an android phone - was looking at the eris, but i might wait for this bad boy.
