couture punched at 500 pounds standing, and 2000 in the ground and pound position....all i can say is damn!

I don't know how they say this sport isn't dangerous or fatal lol Thats an incredible amount of power

yea they also went into detail about how they spend all their time conditioning to take the punishment. also had randy do a test on his lactic blood count or something like that. started out 5.2 and after exercising it was supposed to go up, well he held a guilotine choke hold for about a minute straight and it went down to 4.xx. test also showed how his muscles were trained to not overwork themselves and kinda switch back and forth on their own. pretty good stuff to watch.
