Ding Ding! We have a winner. And failed DLP mirrors are definite losers.

dlp...lcd...led...plasma...whatever....anything above 42" that cost less than $600 sounds like a winner to me....

I have been looking at the 73" Mits. But ever since I replaced my lamp and clean all the mirrors. My 65" picture looks almost brand new.

The flat panels do have a good picture. But no way they can come close to the price of an DLP when they get that large.

I agree that is by far the tv to get if someone has the money and space, in a large basemen and built room this tv is king among other panels.....

I'm happy with my 55" Samsung LED. Perfect size for any decent size living room. Even in my recreation room in my basement which is 27' X 27', I don't think I'd want a TV down there that was 73". Perhaps though.

Seems like an unreasonable price to me. Why would you pay 2-3X as much for that size of a TV when you can get an 82" for under 2K? 10" is not worth that price.

This is my 65" I must be getting used to it cause it seems small now. I think the 73" would be a good fit.

See you have the room. This is my 55" set-up. Just to the right of my 12" powered Infinity sub is a walkway (hallway). I can't go any wider and this is the only wall I can have my TV on in my living room due to my leather sofa, love-seat, and recliner.
