cant stand michael moore.... just like the other annoying fat bastard Perez Hilton... they are both people trying to claim fame by ruining the lives of others, while using this method to cover up their own insecurities. both should be ignored and forgotten about.

I can relate to this one. My wife is in need of very expensive meds. I have decent insurance from work, Humana (which was mentioned in the movie). They will only cover 25% of the meds. I dont get it. I pay almost 300 dollars a month for insurance then another 380 for her meds. Sometimes I think it would be better not to even have a job and get everything for free(which I would never do).

This about sums it up...
"Should a 400 lb man advise us on the evils of over-consumption?
Should the resident of a million-dollar apartment claim to be a poster boy of the working class?
Should a person who thought that Enron was a great investment, that Ralph Nader, Wesley Clark and John Kerry would win, and that North Korea's Kim Jong was changing for the better, advise us on ANYTHING?"

Because he is an entertainer out to make a buck, not to better society.
I don't accept his "facts" any more readily than I would accept Rush Limbaugh's.
They are both doing what they are paid (well) to do and each are playing to their constituents, who will gobble up what they say without checking facts on their own.

Michael Moore has come across to me, many times, as a complete hypocrite. He's no better than those whom he bashes. I've only seen one movie of his 'The Awful Truth' and it's obvious to me that so much of that piece was edited over, to favor his agenda.

sadly I have not seen it, to comment.. hence why I kept my comment to michael moore himself. I have heard him speak to many times to appreciate what he does.
yes I am sure he makes some good points about healthcare, but then again when hunting fish in a barrel with dynamite, you are guranteed to make a few. What I mean by that is, he is attacking something that we all know needs to be changed and addressed. Sadly with our current administration in office, the only thing be changed, is money thrown around freely and loosely as a band-aid to fix things without truly representing the people, while screwing the taxpayer into higher taxes soon.

Michael Moore will do anything to raise people's anger toward anything he deems wrong. If he hates it everyone should. After talking to soldiers that were interviewed by him for his movie "Fahrenheit 9/11" I can't say I would back or believe anything he says even if it was something as simple as the sky being blue. He is out for himself and his agenda, if you don't agree with him 100% I would suggest you stay off his bandwagon. If you do agree with everything he says, good luck.
