That's real cool man..

First time you are with him, just find out what kinda stuff he's into.. Sports, games, whatever.. then you can plan stuff out that you will know he likes.... Then you'll be surprised at how playin basketball or something can turn into some good oppurtunities to teach him some good stuff.... If it's a guy anyhow, I have never mentored a girl

Anyhow, alot depends on the age group he's in as well.. there's lots of cool stuff you can help him out with..
