    Wow I used to visit that site all the time "back in the day"

    Can't believe it's still online!

    There was another site from back then that had a Ricer Ticket you could print out... then fill out and leave on the car. The offenses were stuff like "Clear taillights", "Stick On Wing", "Single windshield wiper", etc...

    Another classic was beaterz.com. It's long gone, but thankfully, still available on the Wayback Machine. Best part of that site was the landing page with the Neon.
