Wont happen and really cops face people putting stuff in their food all the time. The charges should be dropped but he has the authority to question on what was put in the food and find out. If he felt sick they need to find out fast what that person put in the food.

Imagine being a cop and eating food only to find out some punk kid put posion in it. That stuff has happened so he had a right to question and find out, but arresting them was a bit over the top.

Tampering with food is a crime. In my state it is a FELONY. From what I understand she did this on purpose. And your right there will be a lawsuit and the copper has the upper hand on this. McDonalds has deep pockets. He/she can sue even if it was an accident, which I hightly doubt.

I know this site has alot of anti police, but you do not screw with anyones food. IMHO she did this on purpose, most likely caught on tape, or someone saw her or she did what dumb asses do, told someone what she did. I would bet on the last. Personally I love it when some POS gets whats coming to them!

Also keep an open mind someone who would put stuff on your food would not hesitate to key a nice car... Scumbags are scumbags... JMHO.

shit happens dude. i fucking eat at restaurants twice a day and once in a while my food comes out alittle salty. u knwo what i do? give it back after one bite for new food. im not a jackass about it, but i want it done right. if i were a cop im not gonna fuckin arrest someone

he said it tasted salty, so how is someone trying to poison him? find out what they put in there? its SALT!! he said it himself. im no genius, but i dont think cocaine or any other substances other than salt taste like salt
