    Maybe Joining the Harley Club...

Well a coworker wants to sell this bike and the price is below even low book (friend discount), and i been looking for a good lil bike for around town and short rides, and im thinking this would be perfect, 07 sportster, screamin eagle stage I, Vance and Hines pipes and some other small add-ons... 2500 miles, whatcha think...

test rode it with my roomate (he has the fatboy) and it'll outrun him, the bugger does scoot, and is 2x as nimble but sounds rank with the pipes and work, only downside i found is when i put my feet down my ankles hit the pegs, so im thinking forward controls would be in order, along with wheels and a better back seat for the "ol lady"

ya haven't told us the price, or the engine size 1200ci or 883ci. . . I like my Harley, 2005 FXSTi Softail, that I converted into a Phatail (240mm rear tire) - 88ci (1450cc)fuel injected, Performance Machine polished aluminum wheels ($2,700), matching rotors and drive pulley, ostrich gel seat, Candy tangerine tribal flames ...I'm getting to the point where I'm wanting a bagger, can't haul much with this bike, long trips are brutle

$5k sounds about the fair asking price, but honestly new ones aren't much more expensive. You could pick up a decent used big twin for not much more too. Or, do what I did, and completely chop it up.

well the way i look at it, this one is barely broke in and still in new condition, the guy has taken very good care of it, and the good thing is when i get tired of it, ill buy a bigger one and the ol lady can ride this one
