I participated in a poll about speeding, and the most common answer was never getting a ticket.
I think most of the people answering were women.

Probably everyone knows men are bigger speeders and don't get out of tickets as easily. But I'm a guy who done nearly all his driving in a sports car, and I haven't even been pulled over for speeding. I think I don't speed by much and don't drive much on open roads (fast acceleration mostly satisfies my need for speed). I'll just post one article about it, but there are many others.

I am jealous of people who get out of tickets or never get caught. I have spent way too much on paying tickets.

My wife does 80-85 everyday going back and forth to work has only been stopped once. I go 73 and stopped. I left a job after they changed insurance companies because the new one wouldn't cover me driving cars even in the parking lot

I somewhat disagree that men are more frequent speeders.

A lot of the "zippy" drivers I see are women, but with a smile and a low-cut blouse they can get out of tickets.

Funny story:

My sister was speeding through a known speed trap and had her 5 year old daughter in the car.

My sister is gone now but she had a "salty" vocabulary.

So the officer pulls her over.

As the officer is walking up to the car my sister is primping herself and getting ready to put on the show for the officer and and her daughter is crying thinking the worst.

My sister tells her daughter to stop crying because that fat sonofabitch is NOT going to give her a ticket.

Right as the officer gets to the window and asks for license, her daughter blurts out, "Are you sure that fat sonofabitch is not going to give you a ticket?"

She got the ticket
