I thought it was a great fight, and it had the outcome that I expected. I didn't think Hatton had a chance, and isn't even close to being in the same class as Pacquiao.

look, mayweather and paq would be a good fight, but in the end paq would beat mayweather. Coming up is Juan Manuel Marquez and Mayweather. Marquez is going to beat Mayweather.........then Paquiao and Marquez will go at it again for one of the best fights in years! Just sit and wait

Agreed, nice to finally hear from someone who isn't anti-Pacquiao. Always fun when I am the only person in the room rooting for Pacquiao. I watched the fight and the rest of the room were rooting for Hatton, needless to say I damn near spit out my beer when Hatton got knocked the F out
I think at this point in Pacquiao's career, I believe he can beat Mayweather. Of course, I am sure that the majority of people will say Pacquiao will lose, but then again, from what I read, Pacquiao was supposed to lose his last X number of opponents.

Pac has earned some respect, mayweather is a superb boxer, he is a general in the ring......he lacks the firepower though...pac has already gone the distance, and he is in his best shape ever.
I am a Marquez fan though, and if there is anybody right now that can beat pac, it is him. I just want to see floyd put out to pasture by marquez so pac and him can go at it.

jr is the king of technical boxing. if anyone has any doubt just watch any of his last 5 fights and check out the angles he gets when being punched. they are so perfect that he rarely takes damage at all. and i personally think there is no reason for him not to be able to do the same in the upcoming fight. yes he hasnt fought in a while but that doesnt mean that he just straight out got lazy and doesnt do anything at all anymore. and for the record sure i would love to see marquez win but i wouldnt be surprised if it turned out like the de la hoya/mayweather bout.

no doubt, i agree with you 100% on floyd......but he lacks power. Ricky's jaw was over-rated. Marquez has already proven to be able to take a beating, and lets not forget he is no chump slugger either. I see marquez pressuring him after round 2....since he is a slow starter.
