looking to move out
anyone have any suggestions, me and 3 friends are going to rent a house together come summer. were all in college all have pretty good paying jobs. a friends dad is going to buy the house and we will all pay rent to him.
anyone have experience with this?? if so tell me please, how did it go for you?
i think my expences are going to be 250 a month thats not to bad considering it will be split 4 ways and will cover everything.

Well...get your own refrigerator and put it in your room with a lock on it....carry around your own toilet paper ( or do frogs use their hands).....roommates suck donkey balls unless they have red hair and tig ol bitties...then it's OK.

That is a bad idea. That will ruin a friendship in a hurry. Been there and done it. Had a lot of good times. But you really get a feel for how other people live and no privacy. Besides why not live at home and save all that money till you get both cars fixed and the extras you want.

make sure that if you are in school you still concentrate on your school work... Its really easy to get caught up in the drinkin beer, and bangin chicks over at your place for a good time. LOL

currently i am renting a house, 3B 2 B with three people. Two females (including me) and 1 male. It's okay. I pay $320 a month.
Best of all, I have the garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our renting place, let us all sign the contract, as long as we all made 3 times the amount of rent which was $1200

I liked your reply, sounds just like my friends and I, gotta move out so you can pick up and bring the women over, and get messed up.... and if shes loud... since its your own place, u dont have to shove a sock in her mouth... lol not that doing that is something i would do or have done........

haha, ill be 20 in two months, so i think its time i move on and move out.
basically we just want to make sure there is a party every weekend so that there is alwyas something to do every night, if not a club party then we can just fill the KEG up and have one at our house and fuck it!

Hell yeah, we used to always buy partyballs because they are like 30 some dollars... and there are 55 12oz servings in that HOG.... After a while we found a keg fridge for sale in the paper, and bought that... keg beer whenever you want it rocks

Take this from someone that's been in your shoes. try to space out the parties, like party at your house two weeks in a row, then go somewhere else, then two at your place, then one somewhere else.. Man I moved out when I was 18, and had one roomate. We had a part EVERY weekend.. after a few months, I wanted to party somewhere else.. but there were no other parties, everyone we knew would be at our house.. but then again it's cool.. cause you're in charge..
