legal people in here
im selling my 2000 v6 mustang 5 spd, car runs great accept for a few problems. clutch chatter, needs alignment, etc.....my question is, do i have to disclose all information? or can i just sell it as is? reason some rich indian guy wants to buy it for his poor cousin and i dont want him to get a badass lawyer and try to sue me just because of a clutch chatter or something. thnx

Private sale you enforce the "as is" rule...specify "as is" in your sales contract.
Now if you are a dealer different stroy...the burden is now on you to disclose....as a private indiuvidual you do not have the burden to disclose as you do not hve the "asssumption of expertiese"....
