lawsuit

to start off a lawsuit has been filed against me and my fiancee.. a man "accidentaly" walked into my fiancee's cobalt and cut the hell out of his foot on her carbon fibre lip.. really.. this is bull crap.. i'm waiting on the video footage from circuit city where she was doing some christmas shopping. oh this happened 5 days ago..

is there any damage to her carbon fiber lip? Maybe he cracked it, turn the tables on him and get him to fuckin pay for it. Why was he walking that close to begin with. You have to be deliberate to even do that. How often do you guys walk past a car in a parking lot and get your foot accidently under the front bumper of a car where the lip is that low?

counter sue him for the blood he got on your car (for the detailing bill)... also you should have tried to file a report and say he was trying to break in to your car...

end result... if he wins... make sure you "accidentaly" cut your self on his car walking in the parking lot from the court house... then sue him...

i know this is crazy... he was walking inbetween parked cars and just kinda of stumbles to the left to hit her carbon fibre..and no it's not broke if it were i would be really impressed that it broke that easy.. i mean once in a while she comes home and tells me to look at the (insert animal here) split in half on the sucker.. i just don't see how we are at fault at all.. circuit city is searching the other tapes to see if he's in anymore footage.. but he clearly strayed towards her car.. when i saw the footage of him.. i won't get anything if i counter-sue
