A couple of years ago some guy was pulled over on 95 in Maryland for going 55. He was driving a prius and trying to conserve gas. He let off the gas going down hill and the cops pulled him over. I think these fools are being dangerous than safe by going slower than everyone else. But then again it seems like everyone around here (MD, DC, VA) drives 5-10 under the speed limit. Either you have to haul ass and drive like a maniac to try and prevent yourself from being boxed in or you drive slow.

Left lane is for passing only, then again when you are doing 100+ you are passing everyone!
Min speed is around 58 mph.
Everywhere EXCEPT within major cities it is as fast as you can go. In the major cities it is usually around 62 mph (120kph).

I wish to GOD that we would incorporate this over here.

People (atleast around here) can't handle the 35mph speed limit around town. Running over curbs and hitting trees and shit. We should have driving school like them if we were to incorporate this.
