Research cooking methods before you buy any.
This is not outdoor grill meat.

cows are ruminants, meant to feed on grasses. not grains, beer, and sake. get some pasture fed beef.

look up wagyu beef. It's the same breed as kobe and is a little cheaper. Has the same marbling characteristics the only difference is wagyu isn't slaughtered in Kobe Japan. In order to be called Kobe beef the beef has to come from Kobe Japan.
Sounds like you already know how to cook it but you want it extremely hot and extremely fast. If you like your steak well done then don't eat wagyu/kobe. Over cooking will render the fat out of it and defeat the purpose of the meat.

yeah, it's good but so is any high quality dry aged ribeye. I would strongly recommend trying it once just to say you have if nothing else. Maybe not buying an $800 sampler but finding a place close that has it and go eat you a $200 dinner. It really should be left to the pro's to cook. I would probably never attempt it myself on a grill. Too much risk in turning a very expensive piece of meat into a lop of shit.
