Knight Rider... how long before u changed the channel?

Well i managed to suffer through most of it and watch it. Im just curious how anyone IF anyone else actually watched most of it. Post your thoughts

I'm still trying to figure out how i didn't change the channel after the first five minutes... I admit i did laugh when the mustang had a double deck spoiler during its "top speed" run through the desert...

They said something about a Trans am during the show but i wasn't paying close attention...

I am the geek that has blue strobe lights in the snorkels (with a switch so I can still pick up chicks my age) and am all kinds of unhappy about the mustang I would have been happy with a F body of any kind. But I do want to figure out how to get the dropped food sensor with the crying Indian guy installed.

Enough with the Mustang whining already.
I managed to watch it all. It was lame but slightly better than I expected but only since the Hoff was in it for maybe 5 minutes

The whining about Kitt being a Mustang is actually worse than the movie was. I watched the entire movie, thought there was too many commercials, but it was better than I expected. I wouldn't mind if they made a series of it again

Oh... well that just kinda pisses me off, like they want to kick dirt onto the fact that a T\a was the original kitt...

im gonna go down the hall to my friend who likes ford, come up with yet another reason ford sucks and that will make me feel better

At least they showed the dismantled original KITT in the garage at the beginning. That was the highlight of the movie for me. Showing all the Original Knight Industries Two-Thousand parts.

The rest of the movie was forgettable.

it wasnt that bad guys... you all need to stop wallowing in your own pity of the the fact that fbodies are not more... NO MORE... MUSTANG WON!!!!... jesus... i even give the new camaro 5 years at max (more like 2 after they sell like 150 units the first year)... and from what i can tell i woudl buy a stang or a challenger over a new camaro anyway...

I even registered to win a 500 gt kr.... OMG.... Is it the end of the world... no its just a world of the fact that GM cant afford to do product placement for the same reason they cant afford to produce f-bods anymore... they are idiots... and they spent all the cash on transformers to hype up the camaro... but by 2015 when they actually release it... ppl will have forgotten about transformers...

I don't mind that they didn't use a Trans Am.

I do mind that they used a car that is NOT aerodynamic. (Fact: The 3rd Generation Firebird body style has one of the lowest drag coefficients of any production vehicle ever designed) KITT is supposed to be a Sleek supercar.
A Mustang is not sleek at all.

KITT is supposed to be high tech. A touch screen in the middle of a stock console with analog gauges does not speak, "high tech" to me. The interior of the mustang looked like it was thrown together from spare parts. I mean, c'mon...a MOMO steering wheel?! That's not even custom!!

Oh and a KITT that cannot outrun a Ford Edge has no business being on TV.

Hell, I would have rathered the Audi R8 with a Turbodiesel being KITT because at least it fits the role.

I watched it, if it becomes a series I REALLY HOPE it spices up ALOT MORE and is not a ford movie like Transformers was a chevy movie

im extremely glad they are using stangs lol......they wreck cars in makin tv/movies duh!

i couldnt stand them crashin anymore f-bodies for a ghey retro tv show

OK, I'll put it here too, just to up the post count:

The pilot was ok. I don't know that I'll bother to watch it as a weekly thing but I'll probably check it out if nothing else better is on.

The pilot show did allude to one really good reason as to why it's a 'Stang: Commonality & ubiquity. Mustangs are everywhere you look. When they eluded the cops at the casino with a color change and a stock appearance it was easy to get lost in the "crowd".

When they rolled the car off the chase vehicle at the end I was suprised to see it was a C-130 as I was expecting the truck again.

Additionally: No, I didn't watch all of it.

a BOUT 15 MINUTES i TURNED IT OFF AND DELETED THE "RECORD ALL EPISODES OPTION" ON MY dvr. It was very lame, especially for a 9 pm slot. It started good with the hotties in the begining but after that 5 minute tease it was over. It would be good for a kids show (14 year age group).
