I was so post to be driving a 2003 Cadillac Escalade AWD home, he had it listed for $13,549. It was fully loaded, 105,000 miles but it was immaculate. The dealer and I agreed on me putting $5,000 cash down and $200 a month, for 36 months. Still have the original e-mails, with what we agreed. I come down today, to pretty much check it over and take it for a long test drive. He told me the night before it was in for a tune up. I checked the oil a quart low, and dirty as shit. Ok, mention something to him. He argued, I damn near wanted to beat him with the dip stick... Decided it's not worth beating a black guy with a dipstick out in the country. So I take it for a test drive, brakes felt a little soft, but still with in normal operation (Maybe not use to an SUV). Pulled out, drove down the road, did a u-turn all well no noises. Floored it, gets up and takes off like no tomorrow all 4 wheels spinning. So then I set the cruise at 55 MPH, notices it pulls to the right... Hmmm, not in alignment. I drive it around for a good 30 mins, averaged 16 MPG, not bad for what it is and not exactly driving it like a Cadillac. None, the less smooth ride none the less, best damn seats I ever been in. I noticed while driving it, the driver seat would not go back and fourth, but all other operations work. The pedals did not go up and down. Mom enjoyed the rear heated seats and so did the puppy. So we pulled back in the lot. Checking the car over real well, guy comes out and says we have it at $240 a month, but we will get it lower. That's when we started egging on about what's wrong with it. I said alright, it's a used truck, I understand that. But it was so post to be tuned up, oil and alignment should been done... He said it was done, showed him the uneven wear on the tire... Tired of arguing, I know very well I can do allot of it my self. So we went in, he comes out and hands me a paper. I see $480 a month, 36 months. I said what's this? He said, could not get your credit score, but this is what we can do. I said nope, can't do it. Pushed it back, we had an agreement. He said some other shit, I then said piss, what the hell is in the interest rate? He was, all ummmm... 19%... I said well, we had a deal, you want to make it come true, call me. That truck is not worth $400 a month. If not send it to the auction...

They told me a few days ago, the truck is scheduled to go to the auction since it's been there so long on Tuesday.

I am thinking about going there with my "G/F's" stepdad, he owns a dealership. See if I can get it for cheap. If I do, I will drive to that lot and do a AWD burnout and give them a bird.
