most of the time you can tell because the exhaust doesn't sit right because it wasn't meant to have the dual exhaust and in the 2nd picture with the Red car you see how it's turned down. The white one was definately done better, but I'm willing to bet more then 90% likely it's a six trying to pretend to be a debadged z28 which is stupid because when you get your doors blown off you look like a retarded ls1 driver. Thats one thing I have always wondered.. the 3rd gen V-6s came with dual exhaust.. but the 4th gen v6s only came with single...

the compensation for the exhuast is in the tips, the stock v8 tips are layed out to one side to comp for the offset of the muffler
