Just want to rant!

Ok so I have a buddy of mine that works at Martin Tire that hooks me up with discounts. So today I went to go get new struts, shocks, and alignment on my Firebird v6 which has 83xxx miles. I was in a hurry when I picked it up so I didn't really look at the car. When I finally took it out later for a drive and got back I noticed that they left the baby car seat unbuckled, they left the panels in the trunk messed up,and there was grease and scratches on my fenders from them leaning over them. Not only that but when I drove it on the freeway at about 60mph my steering wheel shakes and the car seems to veer to the left a bit on the street. I was so pissed off when I noticed all this! Why the hell don't people care about leaving things the way they were! The thing that pisses me off the most is my son's car seat cuz I actually drove with him with the car seat unbuckled! Well thats all I have to say.

File a complaint with the manager. If he give you any guff, go higher.

Also, then tell them that you are putting this out on the Board and asking anyone in the area to NOT use that store, due to poor service and disresecting the auto.

I know I will never go there!!! Not now for sure!
