Light Pewter Metallic- 2001 Camaro SS
Just got kicked out of a WRX Forum!
HAHA... So I joined my buddies WRX Forum www.iwsti.com and in standard American Muscle style I made my username AmericanMuSScle with some standard stats about my car...
I post on the Chicago Meet thread with a simple "looking for competition" response... and They all JUMPED at it with "Ill beat you around Turns" and "So you can go in a straight line and take forever to slow down" HAHAHA
These guys were like 16 year olds with their remarks...
I, obviously, came back with a comment about my superior speed... And one of em was like "Its cool, youll be kicked off of the forum soon anyways..."
So I responded in kind and Im sure Ill be booted in the next hour or so...
Oh Well... I will stick to my own kind from now on... So much for venturing off and trying to start some friendly competition.-Nick

pie- free
A buddy recently bought a STI and started talking shit to me. I invited him down to the local drag strip but he declined saying a real test is around a road course. Then he claimed I was a pansy for not wanting to race him even though he was the one who turned down my initial invite.

I love how they all assume that an american v8 car ie fbody/mustang can't handle jus because they aren't known for super great handling stock. Then they get a ride in a fbod or stang that has suspension mods turn white as a ghost and get real quiet. My friend with a 525rwhp 347 fox body that has a complete maximum motorsports suspension did this to a kid I used to work with that had a turbo 350z. needless to say the kid actually puked when he got out of the car!

Pewter- 2001 Camaro Z28 M6
thats so true.... every fast and furious fuckbag things rwd cars handle like shit and that is the furthest thing from the truth. If RWD handles like crap why is every racing circuit beside rally consist of rwd?????
I also find it funny that those same fuck bags believe that loud exhaust = fast and going from 90hp to 130hp is huge....

Yea well WRX's can go around a corner....but powersliding a high HP v8 with smoking coming out of the ass end, hanging or even passing that WRX is a much better sight than just kinda going around the corner.

We dont just power slide!!! We drift the fuck out of it!!! 60-80mph @85* angel. Front bumper to rear bumper ditch line to ditch line!!!!!!!
A Wrx and STI are nice, Not the power house but a nice comfortable ride for longer trips. I would own one to drive to work and keep my T/A as my weekend car.
I love drag, road course, and Drift,
Drag takes lots of skill to perform in fast actions against your competition,
Road courses take patience and good driving skills to not ram your buddy 1 inch from your door.
Drift takes the most skill out of all, Its a combination of everything!!!!!! Insane, Power and handling. If you have ever been true drifting you know what im talking about.
So in all reality they all have there pros and Cons.
I prefer all myself
As long as it gives me a Rush

My Son, his friends and my youngest brother are all rice! We enjoy plenty of ball busting, but they know the truth. None of them has ever taken my offer to race (at the track), they know what will happen. Once I let one of my sons friends drive my car and he was scared to death of it, by time the ride was over he was actually shaking. I'm the yardstick by which all thier cars are measured. Thier goal is to someday beat me.
