Just bought a new GM vehicle

Just got back from buying a new sled. Nope not a Camaro, but still GM. I bought a new Buick Super Lucerne. Nice comfortable machice... I know it is an old mans car, but hey I am an old man!

Basically it is a DTS Cadillac with Buick Super badging. It has the V8 Northstar 292 HP, cadillac performance suspension. It is Diamond White Tri color with coca shale interior. It is built locally here at the pole town plant. Looks like after 2010 Buick will no longer have a V8, all the other trim levels of the Lucerne have the 3.9 6 cyl. flex fuel.

The 18" wheels really make the car look better. The Super really handles nicley, much better than my old 07.

That NorthStar really purrs. I put a tire on one a few months back and out of curiosity I popped the hood and my suspiscions were correct, had a NorthStar in it.

northstars are aight. it will leak oil, just a fact of life and if you put lots o miles on it'll need headgaskets. but otherwise damn strong engine, good performance and mpg. congrats on new ride
