Your right that most fans know squa about the cars but damn, no matter how pussyboy pc the sport gets the technology rocks. 900hp pushrod V8, 358 ci. iron block, flat tappet cams, a single 4bbl and mechanical fuel pump and nearly 10000 rpm redline and they last. To me that alone is awe inspiring.
