Join the BS train
So, I work at Islamorada which is a restaurant that is owned by Bass Pro Shop. Health Dept says you can not wear an apron into the BR, so I take mine off. Come out of the restroom, and went to get my apron and someone, had to be a co-worker, took all the $ out of my book. Last night was really busy being Memorial Day weekend and Black Bike Week, so we were slammed! So about 250.00 or so was stolen....I worked all night and made $0.

Thats why you should keep your money in your pants pocket or a wallet. For some reason this thread is Deja Vue to me, seems like this happened to someone else a long time ago. Easy solution, kill all of your co-workers.......Problem solved

When I worked for Sears Auto a few years ago, the pay was half base and half commission. I knew my job very well and was no slacker. I made the most commission out of all the tire installers. I would find trash or used tires in my bay to keep me from making money from the start of the day. Or the other installers would hide my tools despite warnings from management. And when they got caught they would call me a liar or blame me for their laziness. If they knew how much I was making now, they'd be really pissed. I drive past the auto center when I go pay my bill and I see little to NO work at all. Oh well...

Try having management hover over you when coworkers are missing.
Mgr: "Rich, have ya seen so-and-so?"
Me: "Uhh...about 5 mins ago...have ya looked outside?"
Mgr walks outside..."WHAT THE FK IS THIS...A SMOKING LOUNGE??!! THERE'S WORK TO BE DONE!!! IF YA DON'T WANNA WORK GTFO!!!!"
Coworkers walk back in with an attitude while I am goin about my business.
During the summer I'd be sweating my @$$ off while the other installers were in the mall chasin the girls.
I go to work to do just that...WORK. And when I come home and pass out, I know I busted @$$ that day.

Nope, keeping mine and fixing it. Everybody has made fun of me because if they even mention me selling it I get all teary eyed!! I LOVE MY CAR and see no sense in selling a car that I am only going to want to buy again!! 4K to fix it is cheaper than paying A LOT more for a restored one!!

whats even worse though is that you work with those people, so if you ever considered them friends now you feel like you cant trust any of them. Is there any chance though that a customer could have taken that money? I hate to say it but you should always keep large sums of money in your pockets and not loose like that
