This Jerk off on his Ipod next to me.

I am here in a public place where people come to get on the internet and phone. I have been here for about 30 mins and this jerk off somes and sits on the computer next to me and puts in his ipod. Well the only problem is that I can head every single work to his R&B jamz and it really grands my gears.

I would be ok with "hearing" his music but being able to make out EVERY single word is out of control.. I hope he fucking goes deaf.

I just about went off on this loser kid in one of my classes at college (he is like the class outcast and never talks to anyone and doesn't show up at all some days).. had his music blasting IN CLASS during a test. If we weren't taking a test I would have jumped on him for it; but god that was annoying.

You will probably get your wish though, if they were on his ears he is probably screwing up his hearing. The most annoying people though will just let them stay around their neck and blast it like it's a regular speaker.

1) learn how to spell.
2) use common politeness and ask him to please turn the volume down as it's causing you to lose focus.

Just ask politely if he would turn down the volume.

I've had a similar thing happen at a gas station where an old Caddy pulls up thumping the windows out, trunk is rattling and every other customer is obviously annoyed. There were like 5 guys so I got one of them's attention and asked if the could turn down the stereo. The guy showed me his iced out grill with a smartass smile and said, "f*ck you."

That sucked but it wasn't worth escalating. I was only there for 5 minutes or so, it's not like I was stuck there like the case with the OP. I topped off my tank and as I rolled by I revved up real good a few times to drown it out. Of course that didn't accomplish anything but I thought it was far better music than they were listening to.

At my college 2 kids got suspended because one girl asked another girl to turn her music on her ipod down in the study lab, girl started threatening her, then another girl stood up and was telling her to chill out and they ended up fighting. Talk about stupid.

that reminds of this weird ass stoned hippy chick at my school. she sits down at a computer kiosk which is only meant for quick references, and she starts typing up some kind of report and doin all sorts of other things on it that you aren't supposed to do. she's on the thing for like 2 hours and the entire time she has her ipod on blasted so loud that everyone in the place can hear it from 50 feet away. it was annoying as fuck...and she did it for like...3 days in a row.
