Jean-Claude Van Damme Suffers Heart Attack

    http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/b206...ers_heart.html

He just turned 50. I heard he was into drugs for a while. Don'y know if that had anything to do with it. Kinda young for an in-shape guy to have a heart attack.

thought for a moment there it would have something to do with tearing walls out of his hotel room.

    his best movie, Bloodsport....

i'm guessing a combination of drugs, alcohol and stress (not having a high profile acting career)

maybe he took all types or steriods, hgh etc too...

Hmm I guess of all the Muscles from Brussels, his heart was the weakest

I liked his movies too. He's a B-actor, sure, but he's fun. I liked his guest shot on Friends too when he tried to score a threesome with Monica and Drew Barrymore... Just remember, Drew has some ground rules...

Yeah to Bloodsport, any move with Ogre in it is good. Oh and Bolo Yeung. That guy's awesome. He's also old, he was like in his 50s already I think during Bloodsport and Double Impact, but didn't look it. I also like Timecop.

    -----

OK I checked, not quite as old as I thought. Was 45 at time of Double Impact. But still awesome.

I find that one hard to believe, because he and Sly have never seen eye to eye.

Yeah I read that, he gave a quote about 'the character not being good enough' which made me laugh, seeing his history of serious, artistic characters...

Nowhere to Run was one of his better movies but less popular than some of his others.

JCVD where he plays himself was actually very good I thought.
