Rear wheels remind me of aircraft landing gear for some reason.

My first mud truck was Ford Courrior. It had a 1.8 liter. And I pulled other trucks out that were stuck. Break it down it moto terms 1.8liter= 1800 cc

It not hard at all to find a 1800cc bike. And what these guys are pulling didn't near as much as what I was pullin.

I/m more worried about the stoppen!!

the key is to remove the obstruction from a freeway so the traffic keeps flowing not to tow SUVs across the country
    very good idea IMHO

best idea I've seen in a long time. They can use that to move the nasty accident off the road quicker because they can get the bikes through the traffic. Get that shit off the road, get traffic moving again and bring the real tow truck to make the long haul.

There's additional disc brakes on the tow unit wheels.

Yeah, cant tell if they are shaft drive or chain but I'm willing to bet they either use an oversized rear sprocket, or larger ring gear than normal too. They proly dont use the bikes for persuits with all that mechanism hanging back there.

Cool idea. I have also heard their unmarked police cars have a hatch in the roof for when cops are in pursuit. All they have to do is flip the hatch and the lightbar lifts out.

Horizontally opposed 6 cylinders. Like the H6 in the Subarus.
