You do any trainging? Gl with your fight. Just try to relax, and hope you have great cardio, for your 1st fight its gonna be alittle rough. lol I remember when I got in there, I felt like I fought 4 rounds already just feeling the padding under my feet. Gl, hands up chin down, my sure you dont drop your hands when pulling your punches BACK. and BREATH! dont hold your breath while you do any grappling, or anything of that nature. Gl!

Well I just got back from my fight! I won it in the first round. I rocked him hard with a straight right and ended up choking him out with a RNC(rear naked choke) about 1:30 into the first round!

Those Gracie Grappling dvd's are really paying off huh?

lol just kiddin man, good deal. I have been debating on getting into it myself. I have a strong wrestling background and lots of submission. My weight class though, I'd be getting in their with Lesnar or something.... Not a good idea
