Irresponsible!!!!
Teen Driver Loses Control of a C5 – Both Occupants Survive, Somehow
Excessive speed while behind the wheel of a Corvette could have ended the lives of Florida two teens on January 23, 2011. According to the Pinellas Park Beacon, Moises L. Rodriquiz-Miranda, 17, of Pinellas Park, Florida lost control of the red C5 and collided with an oak tree.
Despite the severity of the crash Rodriquiz-Miranda was taken to the hospital in stable condition. However, his passenger Marcus Behrman, 16, of Largo, Florida had to be air lifted to an area hospital in serious condition. Emergency personnel worked diligently to remove the Behrman from the passenger side of the Corvette.

That pic really makes you wonder how someone would've survived on the passenger side.

Oh but 17 yr olds are perfectly fit to be in high performance rwd v8's, its all about responsibility! Man, fuck that shit. Lil prick should be driving a 100 horsepower saturn. Theres no reason for teenagers to be driving cars like that, I don't care what excuse, rationalization etc there is. I dont care how many times he might have taken that car out, theres just something to be said for years of experience that you just dont have when you are that age. For every 10 teens there are that are gonna come out there and say "my first car was a v8 and i was fine" theres double that amount that crashed it. You need to worry about driving normally when you are a new driver, not fucking performance.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
You wanna talk "lack of power"? My 1st car was a 54 Chevy station wagon. Straight 6 with 3 on the tree, armstrong steering and manual drum brakes...
