I remember speedway doing a opening day special for .99 a gallon when everyone else was at like 1.19.......thats the lowest I remember.

man, when you think about it....iraq has us by the balls either way.
1) They keep the oil and money and tell us "keep paying for the war or we'll increase prices"
2) If we leave, they could jack the prices up rediculously out of spite.
