    injury and work questions

    I have had 3 different injuries from my job, I have been paid for 2 of them my back and have a 15% disability with no surgery. I just recently had to have orthoscopic on my shoulder and I am back to work now, they gave me a 8% disability for the injury and a 5% as a whole, I think this is kinda of low and I may only get a couple thousand and I will have to live with this the rest of my life. Is there anything I can do since I have hurt myself with the same job, and should I get a lawyer for my latest injury, thanks.......

    Get a good lawyer who knows OSHA regulations because no job (For the most part) should be causing repetitive injuries.
