I'm pierced again...

Well guys I got a crazy idea this weekend and decided that i missed having my eyebrow pierced so i decided to go ahead and get something done... since I cant have a facial piercing and I didnt want something every one has... Nor did i want a clamp on my nipple this is what i came up with...

I know... I'm thin... White... and freckled... soo can we refrain from rementioning that...

Also just for kicks here is a pick i took of the vette a few weekends ago...

The only thing piercing related that i have ever looked back on and said "oh that was stupid" was taking out my eyebrow ring.

It's not like its a tatoo... if i get tired of em... ill just take them out

yea i had the eyebrow and once i got tired of it i just took it out. thats why piercings are nice, they go away when you want.

I never really thought of piercings that way. I dont have any piercings or tattoos or ever plan on it unless I someday think of something so meaningful that I want it on my body forever. I guess my scars are prtty much enough of an statment or conversation starter for me. I got 5, 1/2" wide horizontal scars across one side of my back from a horse riding accident. 150 stitches and then the next spring i got my leg with a chainsaw and got 20 more. I guess some tattos are worth it, a kid in my class lost his mother to cancer and got one in rememberence of her that looks pretty cool, but this other kid in my class drew up his own tribal deal this week and is gonna have it done as big as they will do for $200 this weekend, that just don't make sense to me.

to each their own, but do me a favor and dont try to justify this with the above comment. you had to know some criticism was on the horizon because if you were completely honest with everyone and yourself you could admit that this is a pointless thing and in no obvious way could define you. 4 bars in your back hardly defines anything except maybe home remodeling....

furthermore, im sorry to disappoint you, but the mere fact that you posted this on a website contradicts your statement of it not being an attempt to be different. i have a few tattoos and have had both of my ears pierced in case you were thinking im being stupid, i know what both extremities is like. i took out my earrings bc i tend to get into fights and thats a free shot for someone else. i can admit that they are completely pointless on anyone, just as your eye brow ring was and your back bars are.

you are right about it not being trend following, but i still cant see how you could say this defines you. and that goes for anything material.
